Mon Lunch (Make your own Taco Bar) = # of lunches x $9 = TOTAL
Mon Dinner (Deli Sandwich Buffet) = # of dinners x $11.50 = TOTAL
SLS Registration = # of attendees x $12 = TOTAL
LATE FEE ($50) for SLS and other events if register after March 2
SLS Lunches = Jumbo Hotdog ($7.50) or Taco Salad ($8.50)

District Officer Training = # of attendees x $5 = TOTAL
Peer Education Training = # of attendees x $5 = TOTAL
State Officer Training = # of attendees x $5 = TOTAL
Peer Ed Celebration = # of attendees x $8 = TOTAL
State Officer Banquet = # of attendees x $25 = TOTAL
Dance = # of tickets x $6 = TOTAL
Deadline for all events (except for STAR Events) is March 2, 2009
Last day online registrations will be accepted is March 9...NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment for ALL EVENTS is due by Friday, March 27, 2009 or a $50.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.
